Service User Feedback

We believe it is important to hear patients’ views on services they have received. You can make your voice heard by taking part in our new online survey by scanning the QR code on your phone or by completing on site when you visit us.

The information we gather is key to helping our staff working in the NHS to make improvements where necessary. Positive feedback helps too because it provides a morale boost for staff working in our community services.

This cloud-based web browser is now available enabling our patients to access the survey via a number of routes, including a mobile app, website and QR codes.

The feedback we receive is a vital way for us to understand what we are doing well, but also where we need to make improvements.
