South Tyneside Sexual Health Rated Outstanding by CQC
The South Tyneside Sexual Health service welcomed a recent CQC inspection in January 2020 .
The team of inspectors arrived unannounced in January , visited and observed all areas of the service from the main hub clinics and also in community settings.
CQC inspectors spent time with staff, met with patients ,observed appointments and covered all areas of service operational activity for an in depth inspection to be undertook.
The outstanding rating awarded to South Tyneside Sexual Health was a collaborative team effort from staff, management and dedication by all to provide the best care and service user experience possible.
The CQC also received feedback from patients and member of the public who contacted them to provide further information on the outstanding quality of care provided by the South Tyneside Sexual Health service.
